We strongly encourage all clients to utilize our complimentary 24-Hour Free Trial before making any payment. The trial allows you to fully inspect connection stability, hardware compatibility, and device performance in your specific network environment.
3. Refund Policy
Because we provide full 24-hour evaluation access prior to purchase, all sales are considered final once a personalized technical activation has been delivered and confirmed. If you experience technical connectivity issues, our 24/7 technical team will assist you with server routing and troubleshooting. Refunds are only evaluated if a verified server connection failure cannot be resolved by our technical team within 72 hours of activation.
4. Device Compatibility & Network Requirement
Clients are responsible for ensuring their devices meet minimum hardware requirements and have a stable broadband connection. We are not responsible for ISP throttling or third-party hardware limitations.
